Hey guys! Calm down on the Creative Arts obsession a bit please :) Practically all of the made students are in the Creative Arts! There are more interests than that. Thank you to everyone who has made a teacher! I appreciate it!

The Valentines Day Dance at the school is on Friday! Couple Nominations are available in the "Fun" folder. Comment any couples you think deserve to be crowned Sweethearts or Favorite Couple at the dance! I made a list of current couples.

There are now more interests available for characters or teachers to be in! Check them out in Important > About the Group

A few more events have been added to the calendar including Sports tryouts and a homecoming dance! Please make sure to sign up for sports tryouts before the event, and check out the updated calendar!

The polls for Prom King and Queen are open! Since we have few junior and senior couples, the king and queen will be voted for separately. You choose the junior or senior you want to be queen on one poll, and king on another.

Update: Anyone with a character as a team captain in the "Sports Teams" thread can post here about a practice they want to arrange.

The first newspaper club meeting will be held soon in the English Classroom. If your student is in the club, be sure to keep an eye on the thread! If you want to sign your character up, comment on this thread.

Hi guys! A few things here to announce:

First, the polls to vote for Student Council members are up! Be sure to vote for President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer!

Secondly, we have a lot going on the 20th, but since I won't be available for anything until the 21st, I'm moving everything up one day. That includes the Newspaper Club meeting and the Fireworks display at the Fourth of July party. I'm sorry for the inconvenience!

I'm doing a bit of organizing in the group. Let me know if you're having trouble finding something and I'll help you out. You may also find the search box to the right of the page of the group you're on helpful. (Below the options such as "Group Home," "Events," and "Invite People," is a box labeled "search discussion posts".

The moderators, myself included, have decided that character ages and thus other areas of the characters are limited. As a result, we have decided to open the roleplay to middle school characters as well, ages 11+. Enjoy the character creating, and feel free to ask any questions or express any concerns you have. I love to hear what you guys have to say, the negative and the positive.

I hope you're all doing well! The fabulous Maya suggested adding Biology as an interest, and I complied. Enjoy the roleplay!

Hello everyone! I thought I'd pop by with a reminder: If a thread has not been commented on for two weeks, anyone is welcome to use it for roleplay. The previous roleplay that had been going on there can continue when you are finished, stop, or move to another thread. I know it's annoying if you forgot a roleplay, but otherwise threads would never be available! The thread is rightfully theirs to use, so don't get touchy!

I have updated the rules! Please read the updated version here because you will be held accountable for broken rules regardless of whether you read the new ones.

A new interest is available: Business! For all of you who want to make a character that likes public speaking, graphing, financing, or anything else similar, now's your chance!

Lorien suggested a new interest: Photography! Your characters can now master the art of taking all different kinds of photos.

A new club, suggested by Yuki, is available: Service Club! They usually sit around, but if someone comes around and needs help, they help them. They can help with school festivities like dances or school festivals, tutor students, give advice, and similar activities.

The calendar for 2018 is finished, so be sure to go and find out what events are in store here!

A new club is available: Photography! They take pictures for the yearbook and newspaper, and have a magazine.

Important

I have added all current characters to the Character Tracker. Please take a look at it before creating a character and consider making the character in one of the areas with the least amount of characters. If the school were real, it would have students of many different ages and interests.

Creative Arts, 15-year-olds, and 16-year-olds are overflowing. While I appreciate the character making, please avoid making a character of these ages or interest. If you are new to the group, you are welcome to make one for each of the areas; however, if you already have one, please avoid it.

Note: The categories with the least amount of characters are 11-year-olds, 12-year-olds, 13-year-olds, Math, Language, Biology, and Business.

We have had some wonderful suggestions lately! Three new extra-curriculars and one new interest are now available. *drumroll* If you have characters interested in fishing, rodeo riding, and track, be sure to sign them up, and characters can now be made that study Agriculture! Have fun!

Guess what... Now students can take on internships! If you have a character at least fifteen years of age, they can learn about a profession through hands-on experience under the guidance of a professional. Currently, only firefighter internships are available (suggested by Bennett), but I'm open for suggestions! Have a great day, everyone!
