Theresa walked into the library and headed over to one of the tables. She sat her backpack down and pulled her card out of her pocket. She headed for the biography section, needing to find a book on Abraham Lincoln. She had to do a report on Abraham Lincoln and needed to find some books about him. She wanted to get about 3 books on him just to make sure that she got an A on her report. She found three books on him and headed back toward's the table. Theresa laid the books down on the table and pulled a notebook out of her backpack. She grabbed her MP3 player and her earbuds and put in one of the earbuds.
Maxon cracked open the library's door, taking off his dark blue hood off of his head to reveal his messy brown hair. He felt heavy because of the backpack on his back and he felt like he was going to tip over any minute now just because of the weight of the backpack. Sitting down across from a girl, he let out a big heavy sigh, relieved that he didn't even tip over like last time.
Theresa jumped as the boy sat down across from her. She looked at him for a second before saying, "Hi, Can I help you with something?" She pulled her earbud out and put her pencil down. She was glad for the break. She was tired and really didn't want to do the report. She noticed a string of hair hanging down in his face and resisted the urge to brush it back.
Maxon looked over at the girl who was staring right at him. He looked down at her earbud that was out of her ear to the book that she was reading. Maxon shook his head. "Nope. I just needed a break because my bag is heavy. I guess you could possibly say that I am carrying my whole entire locker with me!" He chuckled even though it wasn't even that funny.
Theresa gave him a grin and said, "That's how it seems sometimes. I feel like my back is going to break sometimes, before I can set my bag down. I'm Theresa by the way," she said. She stuck her hand out hoping that he was someone who shook hands. "I like working in the library, since it's so quiet." she said.
"I'm Maxon and it is a pleasure to meet you, Theresa." He spoke, smiling. He looked around the library and as far as what he saw there were barely any people in the library, which was kind of nice. "Oh yeah. What are you working on?" He asked curiously, shaking Theresa's hand. "Is it something for a class?"
"Yeah" she said sighing. "I have to write a 3 page report on Abraham Lincoln." She pulled her hand out of his grasp and turned her paper around. "I only have 1 page done, and 2 more to go." she said. She rubbed her face with her hands.
"I can see that the struggle is obviously real, but it seems like you like school a lot along with the occasional other things such as music." Maxon said as he fiddled with one of the many rubber bracelets on his wrist. Some were tight on his arm while others were big and dangling off of his hand. "I hope that you get it finished."
"Most of the time, I like school, but not all the time." she said. She noticed that he was fiddling with his bracelets. Taking a closer look, she realized that he had tons or bracelets. "Thanks, I hope to get it done today, but I think it's time to take a break." she said. Theresa grabbed her pencil and put it into her pencil box and her paper into her backback. She zipped up her backpack and stood.
Maxon watched as Theresa closed her book and stood up. She was leaving? Maxon had no idea what to do next, but he stood up, grunting as he picked up his heavy backpack. "Wait! Okay, are you leaving the library? If so, maybe I can come with you?" Maxon suggested with a smile and a shrug. "I mean, I have nothing else better to be doing right now. I'm pretty much useless."
"Well, I was planning on going to the gym near the road. If you want to come, I suppose you can." she said. She watched as he picked up his backpack and grunted.
Maxon bit his lower lip as he watched Theresa. "Are you sure? If you don't want me to disturb you I won't go, but if you really want me to come, then I will." He said, nodding as he adjusted one of the straps to his backpack.
"I don't really care if you come or not," she said. When he bit his lip, she wanted to tell him to stop doing that. She gave him a smile and said, "I could use someone to spot me when I do the bench press." She slung her backpack grunting when it hit her back with a thud. She gave him a quick smile.
"Is that I good I don't care or a bad I don't care?" Maxon asked, raising one of his eyebrows with a smirk. "A bench press? Is that some kind of sports thing? I pitch in baseball and I don't think that there is a bench press in baseball." He stated, shrugging.
"You can decide which one you want it to be." she said. Her face grew warm and she knew she was blushing. "And no, It's not a sport. Have you never gone to a gym before?" she asked. She had a feeling that he was just messing with her.
"I'm going to choose the one where you care because I care about you and you care about me." Maxon said, grinning childish. "See! It's a win-win situation up in here!" Then, he listened to Theresa. "Oh yeah. Whenever baseball season comes around, we are required to go to the gym just to strengthen our muscles."
Theresa sighed and shook her head. "I had a feeling that you were going to say that." She glanced at the floor allowing her hair to fall in her face to conceal the blush that crept into her cheeks. She felt herself smiling and tried to conceal it as well. "Well, then, do you want to come then?" she said.
Maxon grinned as he rocked back and forth on his heels, watching as hair got in Theresa's face as she blushed. He thought that she was beautiful, but he wasn't going to tell her that just yet. After all, they just met. "Of course I would love to go. I mean, I have nothing else better to be doing." He replied, chuckling.
She blushed even more fiercely and turned around. She was starting to like Maxon. She turned back to him and said, "Do you want to go to the school gym, or do you want to go to the public gym?". She waited for an answer before turning back around and heading out the door.
Maxon bit his lip softly, smiling. "Oh. It doesn't matter. Both of them have their perks. School gyms are often lonely. They aren't so crowded and they are actually sort of quiet when you go in there." He responded, doing hand motions that he often did when he read a report out loud. "Public gyms are loud, they play that music that gets you back up on your feet, and they are full of people."
She stopped and spun around to face him. "Let's go to the school gym then" she said. She leaned against the wall and watched his expression.
Maxon's eyes grew wide once Theresa had said where she wanted to go. "Well, that's great! We should probably go now, so we can have the gym to ourselves." He responded. "We wouldn't want a lot of people to clutter it up!"
((should we go to the gym to rp now?))Theresa gave him a grin and spun around. "Yup, we will probably have it to ourselves.
( yeah! i'll check if there is a topic and if their isn't i'll make one. would you like me to post first? )
Maxon nodded as he watched her look at him. Nodding, he smiled. "Okay! That works! We should probably get over there now in case a group of other teens try to take the gym for theirselves."
Madeline picked up a stack of books off of the shelving cart and started heading towards one of the walls covered in shelves. The library was probably one of her favourite places.
She started heading towards a specific section on the shelf already knowing exactly where the book in her hand belonged.

August walked into the library. It wasn't his favorite place in the world. He rather be on the soccer field, but he was failing math. And if he failed math, he would be kicked off of the soccer team, and he really didn't want that to happen. So, he decided to read books about math. After all, didn't reading help?
Going to a section, he looked around, crossing his arms and clicking his tongue loudly. As he rocked back and forth on the heels of his sneakers, he sighed loudly, running his hand through his hair.
Madeline put the book in her hand on the shelf and looked at the next book in her pile. She started heading towards the classics section.
August groaned loudly, shaking his head. He was starting to get impatient with all of this, but he didn't want to be kicked off of the soccer team. He hated math and that wasn't going to change. "I hate this!" He exclaimed, shaking his head again and letting out a loud sigh.
Madeline heard this and turned her head although she didn't see anyone. Although she recognized the voice and knew who it was she had to finish shelving the pile of books.
"This is so hard!" August exclaimed, kicking the bookshelf a little bit, but not too hard that he would actually break his toe or his foot. "I don't like this at all. This is very horrible." He added, sighing another loud sigh.
Madison put the rest of the books in her hands back on the shelving cart before heading towards where she heard the noise. She saw August standing in front of the math section.
((Arthur))Sienna entered the library, and went straightly to the section she intended, she looked for a big book on US history. After finding one, Sienna looked for an empty table where to sit and sat there to read. It was an habit of her to look for some books about the subjects-to-take before the school year began.
Arthur of course was writing at this supposedly empty table. He didn't really bother to talk to people, so the library was his place.Unlike e his sister, who preferred to be at some sort of practice or party. He gave a small nod to the girl across from him, the went back to his writing the keys claking quickly.
((Arthur))Sienna noticed the nod and gave one in return before burying her face on the book, or at least, that was what she pretended to do. It had been one of 'those' days for her. Everything was going nice and inconsequential until she had a disastrous video-call with her parents. It certainly didn't ended well, but still, she was trying her best to keep herself up, without success.
She stared blankly at the pages of the book. Reading and rereading words and words that didn't found any sense on her mind. It was still at the video-call, and it didn't mattered how much she tried to focus on another thing.
After a few minutes, she gave up. She dropped the book on the table and her head slammed over it with a soft thud in a rather hilarious way. She sighed, her face over the pages of the book.
She rode down, staff in hand. The orb's shimmering glow intensifying by the second. Amani was hellbent on saving her girlfriend, even if it meant giving her own life in exchange for Victoria's. "Well, well, well. Look what the monster dragged in everyone! Our very own Amani Heinport. Gentlemen, it seems that she couldn't bear getting this week, but getting beaten twice it isn't enough!" Kai lauged. Whenever he did, it sounded like nails on a chalkboard from a howling cat. "Look. Just give me Victoria back and there's no need to end this in a fight." Amani said through gritte-
His writing was cut of by a loud bang, that seemed to shake the whole table. Sighed he looked right above his computer, just so his eyes were showing. "Miss, are you in need of assistance?"

((Arthur))Sienna rose her head quietly.
"I... I think I'm fine," she lied. Normally on this situation, she would feel embarrassed for her action. But his time, she just felt that she didn't cared.
Arthur raised an eyebrow at her, "I know when someones lying. I have a sister that does it often. Granted she is one of the worst liars in the world, but I know the signs." He stated taking his earbuds out and looking at her.
((Arthur))Sienna looked at him. She felt she needed someone to talk to.
"Rough day," she muttered with a bitter tone.
(( Wait I'm confused. Are you two joining the roleplay or are you doing your own roleplay in the same area?))
((We are doing ours in the same area. To avoid confusion, on the top of the comment one must specify between double parentheses the character one is directing too, for example:((Tommy))
Gina sat along side Tommy and said hello.

Nodding he took a deep breath. "Alright, tell me about it. I swear I'm a good listener." He said giving anpolite smile.

((Ok. Thanks for clarifying.))
((Arthur))She gave him a sad smile that lasted just one second, to show sympathy.
Sienna doubted if to open up to some one she didn't even knew his name, but this guy seemed to be nice enough, and she seriously needed someone to complain about life for a moment.
"Had a discussion with my parents earlier... they aren't even here but they manage to be over me, checking every single thing I do, and controlling my life... it's frustrating!" She said, her tone had risen and somebody shushed her.
"I just... realize that they don't trust me," Sienna continued on a lower tone, almost whispering. She felt how a great sadness made its way on her chest, her eyes filling with some tears.
"...it's... devastating."
Nodding, he closed it computer slightly before adjusting his tie. "Well, have you ever considered going to therapy? I mean I know it sounds a bit strange but it works. " he suggested looking at her. He knew that look in her eyes, it was a look that meant heartbreak and sorrow. "If your parents don't trust you, then you can't change their minds. They've made up they way they felt, but you can control your own life. I mean do whats best by your morals." He shrugged. "Thats what I did. I have my life okayish right now."
((Arthur))"I envy you..." she answered.
Sienna cleaned up her tears before they left her eyes and forced a little smile, not out of hypocrisy but to let him know that she appreciated the advice.
"Yeah... I guess they won't change... but thank you, I truly mean it," she said softly.
It had been something small, but having let go what she felt tranquilized her, for the moment.
(( Madeline ))
August clenched his fists, looking at the bookshelf and leaning his head up against it. He was tired. He was hungry, and he was really craving the cheese sticks that he had buried into his backpack somewhere, but he was really mad that he couldn't figure this one simple thing out. That was when he saw a girl, a really pretty girl. "Do you mind? I am kind of trying to have a moment here, with, um, literature."
((August))
"Sorry," Madeline replied.
She immediately regretted her decision to go over here and started to head back towards the shelving cart.
