Tobias pulled up and helped Cindy out the car. "nice place."

She smiled, "wait until you see inside," she took his hand and led him inside.
Cindy led him into the elevator and brought him up to the fourteenth floor. She led him to her apartment and unlocked the door. She walked in and took her shoes off, "see?" She went to the kitchen and got a glass of orange juice.

Tobias looked around in awe. "woah."

She smiled and rubbed her stomach happily, "how's Elsa?" She'd heard that Tobias had taken his mom to court and now him and his sister were staying with his dad.

"Happy." he said going over to her. "She wants to see you."

Cindy looked up at him, "and I want to see you again.. I miss you.." She but her lip, "I love you."

"I missed you too." he kissed her forehead than her stomach, "Cyrus too."

She looked his face over, she wanted to ask him to move in with her, but couldn't. Elsa needed him. She smiled lightly, "I think my addiction to ice cream has something to do with you," she wrapped her arms around the back of his neck, "because I haven't been able to even look at the stuff since I left you.."

Tobias gave her a cocky smile, "So you admit to your ice cream addiction now?"

"Only if you will be my boyfriend again," she nodded.

"I don't think I ever stopped." he whispered aganist her lips.

She smiled and kissed him lovingly, running her fingers threw his hair. She cringed at a sudden pain, "okay, doctor now," she grabbed her wallet.

Tobias nodded remembering Cindy had gotten punched in the stomach and rushed her to the car.

Cindy got in the car and curled up in her seat.

Tobias got in and kissed her forehead before rushing them to the hospital.

When Cindy got into her apartment, she put Cyrus down in his crib. She looked around his bedroom happily.

"Its cute." TObias said from the doorway.

She looked over her shoulder at him then spun around to face him, "thanks, I did it myself," she knew it was straining Cyrus when she did it, but she did.

He frowned softly, "I would have helped Cindy."

She said nothing for a moment, "Elsa needed you more then I did."

Tobias shook his head and went over to her, "Dad got custody of her for 2 weeks. I went to your parents and you avoided me at school."

She bit her lip, "I guess I was scared.." She looked down.

"Why?" he took her hands gently.

"I don't know.. I ran and left you.. I thought you'd be mad.." She didn't look at him.

Tobias lifted her face up, "I love you. No matter what happens I always will be there for you."

She blushed, "I-I love you too Tobias."

He pulled her close and leaned down to her lips, "don't push me away again." he whispred/begged.

Cindy nodded, "never," she whispered and pressed her lips against his.

Tobias kissed her back lovingly.

She moaned lightly. She missed him so much, "I love you," she whispered against his lips, running her fingers threw his hair.

Tobias nodded and picked her up and carried her to her room. He held back before but not now, not when he had lost her for so long.

She wrapped her legs around his waist.

Tobias laid her on the bed.

Cindy panted and curled up to him, "I missed you so much."

He kissed her cheek, "I missed you too."

She blushed and smiled, "are you staying the night?"

He nodded, "if thats okay."

Cindy nodded, "why wouldn't it be?"

He shrugged and played with her hair.

She grinned, "were parents," she whispered, giddy.

Almost on cue, Cyrus started crying from his room.

Cindy gasped excitedly and jumped out of bed. She put on a robe and went to feed Cyrus.

When Cyrus finished he smiled up at Cindy.

Cindy giggled, "do you want to lay done with mommy and daddy?"
