Small and Independent Press Books discussion

On another thread, I've highlighted a couple of fine collections of short historical fiction by Andrew Seddon. But he's also a capable author of science fiction, and he ably melds the two interests in the story cycle Ring of Time: Tales of a Time Traveling Historian in the Roman Empire (Splashdown Books, 2014).
