Many of you may already follow the amazing K.M. Weiland, but if you haven't discovered her yet then I highly recommend checking out her site: https://www.helpingwritersbecomeautho... . She is an award-winning author, and has been blogging, podcasting, and publishing books about the craft of writing for years.

The last link is typically geared towards approx. ages 13 to 23, but there is such a wide variety listed there.

I also wanted to add that I might have submitted to some of these places listed myself. But, of course, that's just a small sidenote. :)
