Cry Wolf question

I am trying to find a book I read months ago, its about a female werewolf whose parents died when she was young. Her I believe uncle turned her into a killer. Her brother sent her to another pack where the alpha ended up being her mate but rejected her because he thought she was a soulless killer. Anyone know it?
