I just started Storm Front, but have seen many great things from friends about this latest installment...only, uh, 14 more books to go for me!

I finished reading The Storied Life of A. J. Fikry by Gabrielle Zevin. Very interesting book. Definitely a quick read. Lot of literary references.

Finished listening to Skin Game by Jim Butcher. The first few chapters started out a little slow but really picked up as the story went along. I think part of the problem was remembering how the last book ended since it has been a while since I listened to it.

catzkc | 2 comments I'm spending a lot of time in France right now - especially around the time of the Revolution. This month I've read The Second Empress: A Novel of Napoleon's Court, Madame Tussaud: A Novel of the French Revolution and am currently working my way thru Marie Antoinette: The Journey. I did take a quick break in Hawaii Moloka'i that was excellent!
