I've filled out my bingo card a bit more: https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...Thought I'd found a beach cover book in my annual Aussie author challenge with Tiger Men
- but then I realised it looked more like a lake than a beach. Am happy to be corrected, though, if anyone has seen that scene somewhere in Tasmania and it is at the beach!! On my TBR I also have On the Beach by Nevil Shute or The Things We Never Said by Susan Elliot Wright, so I could use either of those - just in case anyone else needs suggestions...

Kathryn, I reckon that's a river, possibly the Derwent. There are plenty of suburbs and towns along the river called xxx Beach, so I reckon go for it!

Hi Patty,
You can check colours by using TinEye Labs - Color Extractor - make sure and untick the Exclude background color option at the bottom of the page.

That's an interesting thought, Andrea! I see Old Beach on Google Maps... And yet it's still along a river... Alright - I think it's stretching the point a little, but since Brenda agrees with you, and I do really want to read Tiger Men, I think I'll go along with it as well! Unless I happen to come across another book that I am reading that has an unambiguous beach scene on the cover!

The Rules:
#1. Read a minimum of two (2) rows - either across or down but not diagonal (a total of ten (10) squares) - therefore 10 books!
#2. Where the squares overlap (if they do) you must read that square twice.
#3. Choose your rows; then list (and link) your books in this challenge thread. Cover pics essential, especially when asking for a colour!
#4. At least one Aussie author per row - Two rows minimum = Two Aussie authors. Three rows = three Aussie authors. Please make sure all Aussie authors are clearly marked in your lists :)
Feel free to read as many rows as you want (minimum two)
Make sure you check out the challenge guidelines here
For example: I might say I want to read #1 across & #4 down - therefore the square which says "Aussie author" would have two (2) from that category:)
Settle back and enjoy another season of reading fun!
