It may be summer, but this week you're going to be working hard to complete those challenges! Which ones are you going to complete first? Are you participating in any of the twitter sprints?

Meneniareads (nenia) | 9 comments I think I'm going for the non-fiction one this time.
Either Orange is the new black, or Not that kind of girl. I think.

I'm joining reading sprints when I happen to see them. I'm not sure when they are.

BlurryBug | 30 comments Not sure what to do this round
but maybe short stories as I have a collection of winnie the pooh for a different readathon

Duskangelreads | 27 comments I won't be participating this week but I will do the 11-17 one..
does anyone know why there is two?

But yeah I need a break from ReadAThons! As I just had Duodecathon, BookTubeAThon & Summer Biannual Bibliothon all cross over in the last 2 weeks. I need a break before I burn myself completely out! 😳

Mothpit I just stumbled upon this reading challenge so I guess this means I will have to work extra hard to get that win at the end.

So, just to have a strong opening I will go after the "read 1200 pages" challenge. I just started a 600 pages book today and I really need to get my library loans back anyway so hopefully this will help with the motivation.

EDIT
So my first 602 pages was this:
A Rovásember (Demon Cycle, #1) by Peter V. Brett
My second 528 pages was this (ebook version)
The Gentleman's Guide to Vice and Virtue by Mackenzi Lee
Which so far brings my tally up to 1130 pages. In the remaining time (1 hour according to my time zone I will read something less taxing. If I finish in time I will update.

EDIT 2
So... I technically completed the challenge of reading 1200 pages in a week because I am on page 130 of the first volume of the manga series Chrno Crusade. Which puts me at 1260 pages for the week. (I count the manga as a book because it is not really different from a graphic novel and even the booktube-a-thon count them as books)
Chrno Crusade, Vol. 1 (Chrno Crusade, #1) by Daisuke Moriyama

Nikki @duskangelread I think it might be because there weren't one in January, at least not according to the dates stated on the front page :)

Ashley (ashb22) | 9 comments I am going for the 2017 Debut Author challenge and for that I'm reading Caraval! I am so excited for this book and this challenge. I'm hoping to wrap up the rest of the challenges this month.

Deborah Payne (debbiesreadingcorner) Go Forward with Faith The Biography of Gordon B. Hinckley by Sheri Dew . Finished this book last night. Now onto the hour of peril. I don't know if I will get this finished before the end of Monday.

RainbowGirl86 I finished Dorothy Must Die and one of the 120 pages long novels around 'the little vampire.' I think, I made it to get through... 250 pages over all.
Not as much as I'd planed, but I've got so sick and wasn't able to do anything else than read a little bit every now and then.
