Three days left .... with only two books left to read, that shouldn't be a problem. But, unfortunately, I've been having lots of trouble getting into any book over the last week or so. Too much stress I imagine. I changed books several times before I picked up Cindy Blackburn's Unbelievable. I laughed out loud several times in the first chapter. Thanks, Cindy! I needed that. I'm pretty sure I can finish that one today. That gives me three days to read the last one. Fingers crossed life doesn't intervene too badly with my reading plans.Congratulations to all who have finished.
Happy reading!

I'm in. My list is in my individual folder, located here.BTW, the first one should be easy since the author of the month for March, Elizabeth Spann Craig, has a series with quilting! :)
My choice for #3 is both set in Ireland and has a green cover! :)
And, I had some trouble with #2... I just turned 40 and there are books that I know I've wanted to read since I was in my 20's but Goodreads didn't exist. So, I had to remember books I put on my Amazon wishlist. :O ;) I honestly can't remember which one is the "oldest" but I know I had a ton of Wilkie Collins books on there, once upon a time. I removed them when I purchased the Delphi Classics Complete Works of Wilkie Collins. I haven't finished reading all of the books, so chose one I hadn't read yet. :)

The TBR one is the one I have reconsidered. I may use the oldest on my GR to be read shelf, but I have tons of HC and PB books in boxes that predate GR by decades. I'll pick something eventually.
Gary wrote: "Kimberly wrote..."That oldest on the TBR is tough. I even made note in my list above, I'm not doing the oldest on my TBR, only the second oldest. Like you, I have other books lying around that should get added to GR, which are probably older. Additionally, I need another round of cleaning out my GR TBR. I think the last time I did it was when I gave up on a book I'd been waiting 20 years to be published. That book is technically the oldest on my mental TBR.

I've got one book left to read in the Winter Challenge and have read one short book in the March Challenge. Still haven't chosen the oldest book in my towering TBR pile, though, but there's still time.
I haven't put the oldest book in my post yet either. Right now I am reading a book for a challenge in another group. I will be reading the book by Mary Daheim next.

Yoohoo! Four down and one to go for this March mini challenge. I'm not happy with my current selection; I just can't get into it. So I'm looking for another book about quilting. But for once I have time to take it easy and breathe, no rush.
I had a slow start this month but now that we are at the halfway mark, I am currently reading my last 3 books now. Hope I can finish them before the end of the month.
Currently over halfway through my 4th book of the month. Still trying to figure out which book to use as the one from my TBR.
I've only managed to finish one book for the challenge this month and that's:2. March 2nd is Old Stuff Day - Read the oldest book in your TBR pile. Grave Mercy by Robin LaFevers (4 1/2 Stars)
I've been having a hard time getting into anything after reading Grave Mercy, but I think I've finally managed to break my bad luck streak with The Anteater of Death by Betty Webb. The Anteater of Death will count as my second novel for this challenge since the main character lives on a houseboat.
Congrats to all who've managed to finish so far!

Hello! I just found this challenge and would still like to join if it's okay! I know I catch-up if it's allowed, and, in fact, already have four out of the five books mentally picked out. Thanks!
