So who enjoyed this?

For the first 40% I didn't really think this book was going to be for me. It was just okay, but I was getting a little bit bored of where it was going. Then Cecilia read the letter... I was immediately invested after that. I hadn't ever read a Liane Moriarty book before (I got a little bit into Big Little Lies last year when we read it for book club but I had to bring it back to the library before I could make much progress) and I loved the way she wove everything together. There were some things in the book that I didn't like - I couldn't really see the point of Tess and Connor hooking up, except I guess to draw him into the plot a bit more, but Tess' storyline felt a little disjointed from the rest of the story for me. But I was very satisfied where everything ended up.
