Throughout training here at Ainsley in the next year, you will go through a number of exercises, and the results will be posted here publicly for all students to see. Students will be ranked throughout the course of the year, as well as shown individual statistics on overall performance.

How it works -- basically, mods will send out feelers, and if people have specific requests on their characters to preform a certain way, those requests will be heard, but not always consistently honored, as to benefit the plot of the group. This just means that if you request your charrie to be ranked highly every time, it obviously might not work out that way. Rankings for the purpose of the story might be weighted in a direction to stir up rivalries.

Exercises may be RP'd out, depending on how well things go. Some things are better in theory, so in those cases, summaries will be made of the event that has happened -- and charries will be RP'd according to those results. Summaries may vary in detail, but this will make more sense as the group progresses.
