The are assigned either a Warrior or a Hunter {or Healer if that is what the Learner wants to become}. The Learner is given a Guide {Warrior, Hunter, Healer} at 2 years of age to start their learning.
Learners train until they are 4 years old {Since 2 years,4 years, ect. would take awhile, even if they are shortened through roleplay, time skips are allowed as long as all members of the Tribe are ready and willing to do it}.
