Great African Reads discussion

My apologies everyone, that I didn't get my act together. It's nearing the end of March, and I'm finally posting this discussion thread. At least one person has read the book; I do look forward to seeing thoughts about it. It's quite timely, despite being almost twenty years old (at least for our American members), given the asylum/immigration aspect of the story.

I think that it's entirely appropriate that the Tour d' Afrique is usually off schedule. I would have missed the stop if the train had been on time. LOL

I prefer to characterize this group as less rigid than some others. That's our story and we're sticking to it.
