I am listening to River of Bones by Angela J. Townsend but I haven't got very far yet in the book. So far I like it!

I really wish I could buy gift cards for audio books. I think Audible.com you can't buy them. Do you guys know any place you can buy audio gift cards on line?
I love audio books! I borrow them from the library to my phone and listen to them while I'm at the gym.I've never heard of In The Blink of an Eye! I can't get enough ghost stories -- I'll have to check it out! ^_-
https://audiobookboom.com/listeners I love signing up for this. I get a email every week and I can usually listen to the book I want for free. If anyone is interested, I thought I would share.
Personally I am not a fan. I prefer to have a physical book. It may be because I am a SAHM and don't have a commute or anything where I need a distraction.
I love audio books and read most of my books this way. However this does not mean I dont appreciate the fine art of bookmaking, I do, and I even collect graphic novels and the like. But a good narrator reading a great story is a total plus. Besides it is the best way to play Minecraft!
I love audio books because I am legally blind so I have to find alternative ways to read. What's nice for me is that i have access to a large selection from the library of congress but I agree that the local library is a great source too, especially because audio books can be pricey to buy. There is nothing like the smell of an actual book though. Ahhhh.... lol nothing can replace that.
I like the idea of audio books. I've tried a couple, but didn't finish either. I'm a fast reader, so maybe I'm just impatient. Also, both audiobooks almost put me to sleep with the sloooowwwww narration and long pauses. But I can see how audiobooks appeal to some people, for all kinds of reasons.Do you like it when a narrator alters their voice for each character? Or does that distract you? Perhaps it all depends on the story, and the skill of the particular narrator.

If you're looking for audiobook gift cards, just do a Google search for (surprise) "audiobooks gift card" and you'll find MANY sites that offer these (audible.com, audiobooks.com, Amazon.com, etc.).
And don't forget OverDrive.com (free books and audiobooks):

, I listened to this book recently and I enjoyed it very much. I thought the narrator was very good.
The Innocent Dead, So far this book is not what I expected, but I think it could surprise me in the end.
I often like audiobooks, but sometimes the narrator ruins them (or makes the book). Some of my favourites on audio include:
All the Light We Cannot See
Ready Player One - the narrator is why I really liked this book; otherwise it would have been so-so for me.
To Kill a Mockingbird read by Sissy Spacek
Unbroken: A World War II Story of Survival, Resilience, and Redemption
Dead Wake: The Last Crossing of the Lusitania
I'm currently listening to Shatter Me and it is just amazing, I love it! I recently also finished the audiobook Finding Audrey, I've never laughed so much throughout the book, it is a non-stop laugh/sweet smile/awwww experience.
I often take long road trips and usually listen to an audio book while traveling. They are usually borrowed from the local library; however, I do own a few.
I just started listening too
