Hello all! It is time for us to do some spring cleaning and get through some of our ever-growing To Read piles! :)

Rather than assigning a Foodie Book and Journey Book of the Month, we are going to focus on our personal lists of books.

Let's look at your pile of books by your bedside, your To Read Goodreads list, your list you keep elsewhere, etc. Sort your books by Date Added. Try to read...

1) The 1st book on your list
2) The 8th book on your list
3) The 12th book on your list
4) The 28th book on your list
5) The 31st book on your list

After you complete each book on this list, comment on this thread to earn 10 POINTS for your house.

ALSO! Did you miss reading a previous Bookwarts Activity book due to a lack of time or motivation? Not a problem! Read any of the Foodie, Journey, BOTM, AOTM or Quarterly Classics books in April to receive full points.

Again, please comment on this thread!

Just finished The Red Pony. Oh man, I was not a fan. There was nothing wrong with Steinbeck's writing style, but the story felt so disjointed and unsatisfying to read. Glad I finally read this one though. Onto the next one from my TBR list!

Gabby | 38 comments Good job Sam!

Happy Easter everyone! Stoneheart came in at my library so I hope to start it this week. I've got holds on the ebook versions of a couple other books too.

@Cat What did you think of that one? It took me forever to plow through. :D The recipes in the book are awesome though!

The book was horrendous! I've only read one other of that series. It was slightly better, but not by much. I haven't tried any of the other recipes besides the chocolate chip cookies which I really did like. I don't think I'll read another one of those. Peruse for the recipes - maybe, but the mystery - no thanks :D

@Cat I felt the same way! I was so disappointed with the writing. Such a bummer too...the concept could be awesome if it was executed better.

Finished Rebecca not too long ago! This book has been on my TBR pile for eons. I adored it! So glad I finally picked it up...makes me a little sad that I waited this long! Anyone have luck with reading any of these old books from their TBR piles?

Just a reminder -- we have a little less than a month remaining in this challenge!
