Wow! Very cool. I wonder who nominated us. We didn't start the group nor do we contribute the most content, though. I used Bill Thom's "Howard Works" to fill in my spreadsheet of REH's books. I'd vote for him over us. ;)
Outstanding! A well-deserved nomination. Nice to hear you two are being recognized for all the contributions you have given to this group. Congratulations, and thanks for keeping it going!
Voting opens today. http://www.rehfoundation.org/2017/04/...
I don't see us listed any more. Not sure why.
:(
The initial list is the preliminary ballot; the Legacy Circle members vote on that to nominate who goes on the final ballot, which all the REH Foundation members can then vote on. So the final ballot is always smaller. But hey, at least you were nominated for the preliminary! Means folks have been noticing your work.
Ah! That makes sense. Sorry we didn't make the cut, but I wasn't sure we really fit anyway. It's not supposed to be for social media sites & I can see where we'd get cut just for that.

I have no idea what you've read. REH wrote some other books & series. Kull is just one book of short stories, but he's very similar to Conan. There are others.
If you mean by other authors & haven't read Karl Edward Wagner's Kane series, I highly recommend it.
Karl Wagner's Kane is certainly one. David Gemmell is another fine writer of heroic fantasy. His Druss series is probably closest to Howard's Conan

How awesome is that?
