Is it possible to remove from the shelf old book covers so that only the new cover edition shows?
If so, I'd like for both of my books to only show the latest cover.

Goodreads policy is to keep all published covers on the site, as users want to shelve the cover of the copy they have.

As the author, you have the ability to change which edition of the book is the default, which will come up in searches by title and show on your author profile.
How to set the default edition.

Lucinda, have any copies gone out with the old cover? This would include Advance Reader Copies, whether print or electronic, if they included the cover.

Also, do you have the ASIN for this Kindle edition?

No ASIN yet and no copies of any kind have gone out.
