Come here to sharpen your skills. There is an obstacle course with dummies in their to shoot or slice. There are weapon racks. There are also Dummies set out over the grounds good for making a practice run or perfecting something.

Viper got to the training grounds and sighed when she saw someone starting on there warm up stretches. Viper liked training alone, because people usually stare for she's still deemed as evil around these parts.
Viper looks over at him and instantly her guards go up. "Hi." She says and starts her stretches.
Gabe finishes his stretching- he kind of thought he recognized this girl but couldn't quite place her name. He should practice his ability.
Viper finished her stretches and tried hard not to look at the guy standing just a few feet away. She grabbed the daggers off her thighs and threw the sharp daggers at the target hitting the bulls eye every time.
Gabe glances over unable to help being a little impressed and smiles- let's see if she could hit the bulls eye if he made a bit of a breeze. He waits for her to throw another dagger and focuses his ability on manipulating the wind around the dagger to mess up her aim.
Viper felt a little prickle at the back of her neck but shrugged it off. Using the dagger she aimed again and threw it. It didn't hit the target she expected it too but hit one of the dummies on the other side of the training centre. Surprised she glanced at the guy. He had a smug smile on his face and her eyes narrowed- an air manipulator.
He bites his lip trying not to laugh, "Sorry I couldn't help myself." he says twirling a ball of air in his hand that is nearly visible because of the speed. His own aim wasn't too hot- but he could manipulate the air to make the daggers go slower- move them in mid-air and then speed them up again.
Her cat like eyed narrowed on him and she arched an eye brow. She didn't really understand why he was talking to her. "Okay then." She grabbed her last dagger and chucked it at his bouncing ball of air. The tip of the dagger hit it and it melted away. The dagger carried on moving until it hit the dummy behind him.
He makes a face that's unreadable but definitely not phased and removes the dagger from the dummy behind him and twirls it in his fingers. "Not very nice to aim at people."
"Wasn't aiming it at you." Viper shook her head and chuckled a raspy sound, like she never laughed and it strained her vocal cords when it happened. "I just couldn't help myself." She shrugged but couldn't wipe the smile from her face.
He smirks at her using what he'd said. He liked the fact he'd made her smile though. "Well I'm glad otherwise I would have said your aim was way off." He tosses the dagger towards a target and freezes it in midair.
"I hardly ever miss." She said. Viper scraped her hair dark hair back into a pony tail. Then yanked the dagger from the target. Twisting quickly she threw them at a dummy, each time hitting the neck, heart and lung right on. "I've been training since I was old enough to write." She said and grabbed the dagger out of the target.
"I can tell- I wouldn't want to be on the other end of one of your throws." he says just messing around with the dagger in mid-air before launching it at a target. For some reason he didn't like using the dummies.
She walked up to him and stuck out her hand. "I'm Viper by the way." She was pretty surprised at her own behaviour because usually she was quite stand offish.
"Gabe." he smiles shaking her hand, "I thought I recognized you. You're the girl who-" he cuts himself off- was it rude to talk about where she used to be?
She looked down and swallowed. "Yeah I am. Kinda why I have the weird name." She let go of his hand quickly, realising she held it in a death grip. Looking up she met his gaze. "Nice to meet you Gabe."
Viper laughs quietly. "Yeah your just saying that. I'm literally named after what I can turn into. My mother wanted to name me Panther but my father won that match." She quickly stopped talking, not liking to delve into the past.
"Oh." he smiles, "Well hey I was named after an angel- which doesn't exactly strike fear into people's hearts." he smirks.
"Well he is an Angel they are pretty cool." Viper smiled. "I wouldn't mind being named after an Angel." She walked over to the dummies pulled out her daggers and attached them to her thighs and arms.
He hands her back the dagger she had thrown near him before and shrugs, "I don't mind it." he smiles, "If only there was an angel named viper huh?"
"Yeah." She smiled over at him and straps the dapper to her back. "If only. I haven't seen you around the training centre before, do you not come here regularly?" Viper asked.
"Really? Have you ever been out of camp? Been on a mission?" Viper bombards him with questions trying to figure him out.
"Yeah." She said but didn't delve any deeper on the subject. "So what do you do around here? I've been here for a month and have only been to training. I don't usually...actually nevermind." She reached for the dagger on her back and started twiddling it around absentmindedly.
"Well there isn't much to do I'll give you that. My parents are really overprotective they don't let me do anything."
The dagger curved over her hand. "Must be kinda boring. I'm pretty sure your parents wouldn't want to know about you talking to me." Viper smiled a sad had smile and tilted her head so that it cracked.
((ghosting- sorry))He smiles, "Probably not but what can I say? I'm a major rebel." he smirks, "Talking to girls and such."
"Yep a rebel talking to girls is totally illegal." She smiled. "But I'm much more than a ordinary girl." She gave a crooked secretive smile.
"I'm much more than ordinary. But if you don't believe then..." she shrugged and gazed up at him with her green cat eyes.
"They are always like this you just have to see past the glamour that surround them." She shuffled on her feet, it felt weird that he liked her as she was and trusted her even though she had a dark past. "I like you." She said bluntly while pointing her knife at him.
((Thanks))He smiles and runs a hand through his hair, "I like you too." he decides. He liked the fact that she was brash and to the point. And he liked that she was different than everyone else.
She tilted her head. "You do?" She asked quietly. Her hard exterior melted away, knowing that someone actually liked her and didn't want to hide from her filled her with hope for the future of her camp life.
He nods, "Yeah- I do." he says seeing how unsure she looked, "And I don't really care what everyone else thinks. I never have." he says, "We should hang out more."
Viper straightens her back. "Yeah we should." She agreed nodding. "And thank you, so do you know how to throw a dagger?" She questioned raising an eyebrow.
"Well I can show you." he says and takes a dagger from a table and throws it- he manages to make it float in the right direction in only a half a second and launch it towards the target, "I'm not good at aiming without wind manipulation. But I can make things move really fast."
"That's seriously impressive." Viper nods in appreciation. "Ever met an assassin? They move so quickly you can barely see them. It's pretty awesome stuff." She said feeling the ego boost. "Hey have you ever done hand to hand combat?" She said shifting the convocation subject quickly.
He smiles a bit at her praise and looks fascinated by the fact she has known assassins- like his parents would ever let him meet one. "Yeah- some." he says.
"Yeah you've met an assassin or yeah you've done hand to hand combat?" She asked eyes ablaze and excited.
