Rachel N. | 2257 comments The book begins with a man waking up next to a river with no memory. Soon he realizes he is Ethan Burke an agent with the Secret Service sent to Wayward Pines, Idaho to find two missing colleagues. Ethan soon realizes something is very wrong with the town. i can't say more without giving away any of the twists and turns in the plot. This book was very creepy with lots of action. The book does eventually explain things which I'm glad of, I wasn't sure it would since this is part of a trilogy. I plan to continue on with the second book because I want to know what happens next.

Nicole | 691 comments I've read a couple of reviews of this book, it's been on my radar but I never quite got to adding it to my shelf. I think I will now :)

Nicole D. | 1573 comments I watched most of the first season of the show, and then just decided I didn't care enough to continue.
I liked it at first, but when it got to the "what's behind the wall" part, it sort of lost me. (being intentionally vague so as not to spoil.)

JoLene (trvl2mtns) | 1532 comments We recorded the first season, but then lost the first couple episodes when we went on vacation, so I decided no big lose. Then I read Dark Matter ( in about 24 hours) and decided that maybe I would try it. I know it's a different genre, but I did pick it up on a kindle deal.
