I am making an elf, what do I put for powers?

Do a species' powers count towards your character's powers and abilities?

well that depends. What do you mean?

For an example, let's make up a species called "Zeri", as a species, it has enhanced strength and can fly with it's wings. When in the character creation process you would reach powers and abilities, would you have to add flight and strength as their abilities since they are of this "Zeri" species or would you be able to give them fire manipulation or water breahting on top of the powers granted to them by being of a certain species (I apologize in advance if this still makes no sense.)

They do not have to count as powers and abilities you can add fire and water breathing

Oh my goodness amazing, so far im going to work on her history and hopefully get her likes and dislikes, and a brief description of her transformation and im done with her. To say the least im proud of my little nine tailed fox, hehe *smiles brightly*
