There is also a series by Elizabeth Spann Craig that is good as well as the Bed & Breakfast mystery series by Mary Daheim. It's funny what comes to your mind when you are going through your daily book emails. LOL!

I noticed there are series about DIY home repair and renovation - that seems like a rich category for investigation!
