Robert - although this is a powerful message illustrating the divine nature of Jesus, I'm not sure how truly "evangelistic" the Samaritan woman was.

I really wish that people would meet Jesus and then immediately go and introduce others to Him!
When I was a young adult, I was amazed at how many Pentacostals took on that responsibility for converting others. I was looking for the spiritual manifestation of the Holy Spirit in people, kind of like that woman at the well. After I was on the road to accepting Christ which I eventually did, they never approached me again with that message that I needed to be saved.

Jesus reveals Himself powerfully and clearly to the Samaritan woman as the Messiah and she becomes a 'ready' evangelist!
