I think I have them sorted: Caroline Stone is a translator and historian; Caroline Stone is the art curator. The osteopath turns out to have a middle initial Caroline A. Stone.

One tiny correction to the entry for Caroline Stone, translator and historian, if I may: The Jimbun Kagashu Kenkyusho mentioned in her biographical entry is correctly transliterated as Jimbun Kagaku Kenkyusho.
