* Page numbers are problematic for this one. As an audio, it shows as 12 pages. The "default" page count is 311, but the audio continues past this (I had that same print edition and the audio continues quite a bit longer with new content and essays). I think the edition that is 368 pages is closer to correct.

I checked with the mods and for consistency sake in terms of default edition being used for audible editions, we have to go with the 311 page count.
