So, I would have said how one of my few complaints about the Oxford time travel books is that there were no repercussions for the things they did. (Well, I guess there were repercussions in Doomsday Book, but of a different sort). There are so many "what-ifs" in life that running around ancient Europe had to have the effect of changing SOMETHING....
So I have to say I am glad that they had to actually FIX things they had done.
Anybody else find this twist an improvement?
