To be honest I'm terrible at naming anything. No imagination or cleverness here. So hopefully someone else has some good ideas.

I am usually a better team member than captain, but I am okay to do it this time around if no one else wants to.

Hope everyone had a nice weekend, it was a public holiday here in the UK yesterday so I got an extra day off work, but unfortunately, it rained all day ;(

Group Names - Using Ambers idea and tweaking it what about The Roarin9 Readers, Readin9 9irls or Readin9 9urus or just plain T9 or the Niners.

Rather not be captain but will if nobody else wants the job. I have quite a lot on at the moment so probably won't get on here every day.

Can Captain if needed rolls are @6am UK time so can post roll before heading off to work.

✸Teams will have a chance to earn 1 Free Pass to roll. To earn your free pass your team has to complete their reads a day before the next roll. Once your team has done this you will have 1 free pass. The free pass will allow a team to roll if they are missing a review(s) before the cutoff. Once you've used it, you can't earn another one. It's a one-time shot. NOTE: The free pass may not be used for the win.
✸ One point can be earned for reading three or more books in a series
✸ One point can be earned One point can be earned for reading a book that > 500 pages

So we should try our hardest to read a 6th in series, right?

I'm sorry for asking this, but I'll only ask it once. Can we count books we've already started? I'm reading the 6th in a series right now, and I started it 2 hours ago. I seriously hope we can.. Otherwise I'm not sure what to do, as I don't have another 6th in series with me. All of my books are at my parents' house, and I've moved out. I go up there every 2 weeks.

Oh no, I can't count it... Oh gosh I'll need to find time to count now.

I am going to go with magic -

Maddison, in some other challenges I've done, they will let you count it if you go back to the beginning. Not sure if you want to do that, but you could check?

Review: This was a nice feel good/comfort read. It had two nice guys fall in love without a lot of drama and misunderstandings. The set up in the beginning of the story was the standard friends who wanted each other but didn't realize their feelings were mutual. Then the standard lets pretend to be boyfriends for a family event. Then the book did something that completely shocked me. It took that set up and threw it out the window and got down to the couple admitting their attraction and acting on it. No stumbling around or misunderstandings or hiding things. I loved it.

This book also included big understanding families, girl best friends, and a couple of exs just to add a little drama. Each guy had their own version of troubled past but these thing were just small bumps on their romance road.

I'm finishing my magic book tomorrow :)

Woooooooow I had no idea what I was getting myself into. This was way higher than my expectations! The realities in this are amazing! I love all of the mystery, the romantic pulls, the way a lot of the different points in the story tied in with each other. It stretched my imagination with all of the (view spoiler)[Chimaera (hide spoiler)], but I think I started to get the hang of them. I was amazed when I found out what (view spoiler)[the hamsas on their hands meant, which meant Karou has been resurrected. And when she saw the White Wolf on the table! I remembered as soon as Madrigal mentioned that. (hide spoiler)] I knew as soon as Akiva mentioned (view spoiler)[the tilt of her head, as Magrigal had done, and some other things she'd done, that she was somehow connected to Madrigal. I thought maybe she'd reincarnated or something. But never resurrected! (hide spoiler)] One thing I was confused about when (view spoiler)[Karou received Madrigal's memories, was why Akiva was so sullen the whole time. I didn't see how knowing she was Madrigal (hide spoiler)] took away from the awesomeness of the moment. But then, when he revealed that (view spoiler)[he'd killed her family, I understood. (hide spoiler)] If I was Karou I would be completely 100% torn up. I myself felt torn up figuring that out!! I love all of the characters, particularly the way (view spoiler)[Razgut tied up to be more than a minor character, as he's now apparently helping her back to Elsewhere? (hide spoiler)] Wonder what's happened with (view spoiler)[Akiva. (hide spoiler)] One thing I do know for sure is that I will be continuing the series.
