So what is needed for creating an Elite Hero?

Can I be a mod please?

I can't seem to find a specific thread for a roleplay request, so I'll just ask here. I have Viola if anyone would like to Rp. If there is a thread for Rp requests just tell me.

I want to do a collab rp, two hero twin brothers based off of the Greek Gods; Phobos, and Deimos, the gods of fear and terror... they'd have villainous powers but be good guys, something like that would be cool I think :)

so we have existing heroes working outside the school, to keep evil in it's place, while the next generation is still safe in training,
