Teddy walked towards this place im a slow pace. The black hood of the hoodie she wore was pulled over her brown hair as she moved through the shadows of the trees. When she was close to the lake she sat down in the soft green grass and took off her shoes before rolling her jeans up a bit. Slightly shivering at the touch of the cold water Teddy let her feet on the lake and sat there enjoying the evening. Her gaze was focused on the beautiful sparkly star sky.

Sitting on the other side of the lake Viper stared at the phone in her hand. She wanted to confront him but didn't want to make them feel worse. She glared at the phone and her hand clenched around it. Why didn't he just ask her?

Gabe walks over to the lake and finally spots Viper. He smiles and speeds over- on the air. "Morning!" he chirps cheerfully

She jumps and turns to see Gabe standing on air a few feet away. She smiles slightly, happy to see him but still angry over her text message. "Hi." She says.

"What's up?" He asks- he can tell something is wrong.

"Nothings up with me, but it is with someone else." She huffs as he comes closer. Infuriated she threw her phone into the Lake and slumps back on to her butt.

He catches the phone on a little whirlwind of air and flings it into his hand. He hoped it wasn't something he did. He opens the phone and looks at the texts

Viper reaches for the phone that sat in his hand. But he moves. She sighs. She knows she's angry over pretty much nothing but she couldn't help it. She could have helped and maybe they wouldn't both be in the infirmary. "Can I have my phone back?" She asks.

"If you tell me why your upset." he says evenly.

"Okay." She relented. "It's just that Will and Ashea are in the infirmary and I was meant to go with will to rescue them. Will said that I could help because I would serve as a distraction and then he take the girls. But that didn't happen...No he went in by his self almost killing himself and Ashea and he didn't even get to June." She said quickly. "Oh and to top it all off Seb decided now would be a good time to try and apologize for trying to kill me." She flopped back down to the ground and stared at the clear blue sky.

"Who's Seb?" Gave asks wondering who had tried to kill her and if it were possible to beat the snot out of them for it. "And Will and Ashea have been together a long time if it were you I wouldn't have waited either- but it was stupid of him. Insist you go when they go get June."

"Oh don't worry I will and if you put your self in danger for me, EVER I will personally punch you." She pointed at his chest. "My old boyfriend, remember when I told you about the scar that runs along my back?" She asked looking up at him.

"No." he mutters,"He's the one who did that?!"

"No, not really. I was basically his killing machine. He told me to kill someone I said when." She sighed. "I was not a very good person. Anyways, one day I refused to kill a family with two small children. Seb is powerful in the Evil world, he hired five assassins to kill me. The reason I didn't die is because I'm on of the best assassins in the world. But I was lucky I only go a scar." She said itching it as she talked. "He obviously needs me to kill someone and that's why I wanted to throw my phone in the lake." She grinned coldly. "Cute story right?"

He frowns and hugs her,"That's your past. This is your future you aren't that person anymore." he says unsure about how to feel. "Was Seb texting you?"

She hugs him back hard. "I hope that doesn't change anything between us." She sighs. "And yeah Seb's texting me."

"It doesn't," He assures her and smiles,"And that's perfect that means you have his number."
he says flipping through her contacts with one hand to call him and tell him to back off.

Vipers eyes widen and she reaches to grab back her phone. "Gabe!" She screamed. "No, no, no...He can track you and he-he'll kill you."

"He has to stop contacting you." Gabe frowns. "He can't touch you here- there's too many of us in the camp for them to get in our borders."

"Please? Please? Please don't." She cried, still trying to grab her phone. "They have June at the moment, think about what he could do to her." She looked up into his churning brown eyes. "Please?" She begged.

He sighs and hands her the phone,"Fine." he mumbles.

She sighs against him in relief. She swallowed the lump in her throat. "I'm sorry." She said, then flung the phone into the water.

He frowns but let's the phone sink. He hated thinking Seb was bothering her and wanted to make him knock it off

She hugs him. "I'm fine." She said and hugged him tight. "Like you said were safe here." The relief Viper felt for Gabe's safety made her feel so much better.

"I know." he says,"But he's upsetting you." he says hugging her

She felt her heart swell at his words. "Yeah but I have you." She said and breathed him in. Vipers troubles seemed to melt away.

"Alright." he relents,"I just don't want you to be upset. And I can talk to Will." he says still holding her

"Okay." She said and sat down on the ground pulling him down. "I'm happy. That was just a little blip." She smiled "Let's talk about something else. What do you want to know about me?" She asked. "Seeing as I know so much about you, I thought maybe I could re turn the favour." Viper added.

" yes!" he smiles,"Tell me what to you like to do in your free time."

"Bake cookies, read, drink chocolate milk, sing and other various activities." She smiled at him, happy that she had distracted him.

He smiles,"Fun- and what's your favorite color?"

"That's hard...I like green." She grinned. "Yours?" Vipers asks.

"Ummm blue."

"Blue." She nods. "What's your pet hate?" She questioned.

"I don't think I have one." he says thinking

"Mmmmm..." She said. "So... How were you parents when you got home?" She smiled slyly looking at him.

He smiles,"Ah they we're fine. They were too tired to care."

Viper laughed loud. "Good to know." She said and turned to Gabe so she was in front of him. "You look tiered." She said noticing his tiered eyes.

"Yeah?" he asks,"Well I'm fine." He shrugs and smiles

"You sure?" She said holding his face in her hands. "Couldn't sleep without me?" She quipped.

"Couldn't sleep much because we napped so long." he smiles

"Don't be embarrassed about it, you don't have to lie to me." She teased with a wide smile.

He smirks,"Alright well I couldn't sleep without you."

"I knew it!" She exclaimed and laid back down on the bank. She laughed.

He smiles,"Well you seem awfully happy about that."

"I'm not happy that your sleep deprived, but it's completely awesome that you missed me." She giggled with a bright smile.
