[bookc..."I would say the last two count by looking at the descriptions.
Wow this is sure a challenging one... I'll give it a try!Would nature itself be considered a "force of nature?" I just picked up
and the protagonist is supposed to be making his way through some magical forest world. Otherwise, here are some things on my TBR that I think I can manage:

I finished my first for this challenge this am.
I have several e- books from the library that became available at the same time so I will have to read those first since I only have a couple of weeks . I also start back to work at the end of the month so I will be super busy. I am going to try to knock out as many as possible this month and then go slow pace until the end.
I haven't completed a challenge in a long time, but I'll try. I am going to start with
.Completed:
Hunted - Snowing on the cover, and winter and snow are mentioned frequently.
Fire in Frost - Frost in the title
Desire in Frost - Frost in the title

Welcome Kelly - I have to say Empire of Storms was fantastic so I would jumping into that one if you have read the previous books.
Completed my first book.

Now I'm reading
Post 27 updated.
Finished #1 -
I hadn't planned to read this for the challenge, I was reading it because it's my husband's favorite book, but then a blizzard played a huge part in the end of the story, so I figured I'd apply it here.

Finished #2,
- tornado in titleIt was odd. I felt completely lost for a lot of the book, but I think that was the point.
Updated post #5
It is hard for me to tell by the description, I can't see where it describes them controlling a force of nature ( like wind or rain) If that is the case though, you could use it.
Finished my second -
- with "Snow" in the title and on the cover. A Jane Austen murder mystery. Pretty interesting if you like her books. And a lighter read if you're a little downhearted after one of those catastrophe books.
Updated original post #11.

A force of nature is a natural phenomenon that humans cannot control.
The theme for this challenge is “Forces of Nature” The idea is to read books that have a force of nature as a major plot element. It does not have to be about that element but the element should be an important part of the story. An Example might be the tornado in The Wizard of OZ or the iceberg in a Titanic story.
I know it may be challenging to find this element before you have actually read the book. To keep with the theme but allow for a wider selection, You may choose books that have an image of a “Force of Nature” on the cover or have a word representing a Force of Nature in the title. Such as:
Some Forces of Nature you may use (but are not limited to) Are:
Storms/ weather
Tornado
Earthquake
Volcano
Drought
Flooding
Hurricane
Fog
Thunder
Lightning
Tidal wave
How it works:
♦ As usual, we will be reading 6 books.
♦ Audio books and New Releases are allowed.
♦ All of the books MUST be at least 150 (paper) pages in order to qualify for this challenge. If the kindle or ebook pages are different than the paper count, please provide the correct number, so no books are left out unjustly.
♦ Only 1 non-YA book will be allowed for this challenge, this includes NA, Middle Grade, and Adult.
Please, when you are updating the thread and your numbered tally post, list out exactly what Force of nature the book qualifies for. For instance:
Okay, I'm ready for your questions, and happy Challenge to you all!
I am listing some books that I know have a force of nature as a plot element to help anyone who may feel stumped. I love seeing the book ideas of others also, so feel free to share your thoughts as well.
