So July's monthly theme is going to be forgetting.



It can be simply about forgetting how your bed feels when you're on vacation or forgetting one of your loved ones, really it can even be forgetting your house keys in the house.

Eternity

What you do now echoes in eternity.
From this time-point forward, this is
All that counts.
Anytime the world falls strange to you
And you can’t help but count the times that you did wrong
Remember:
What you do now echoes in eternity.
Nothing before, nothing after.
Do one thing right and let that be your legacy.
And if ever you must take one step back and
Look at your works with crumpled eyes
Don’t forget: what you do now echoes in eternity.
Dump the burden of your past in the dust by the road
And don’t let your actions domino downwards;
It’s okay to turn around.
It’s okay to tell yourself, what I do now echoes in eternity.
Make a moment that counts.

Forgotten

Thou hast forgotten all that was lost
Thy heart, thy soul, thou paid the cost
Forgotten now, forgotten then
Forgotten 'til the very end
This soulless body forever thirsty
But Purgatory shall show no mercy
