Just to confirm, was have any advance copies, paper or electronic, been sent out with the cover currently on Goodreads?

Correct, no copies were ever made with that cover. It was never mailed or sent out digitally out with that cover either.

We would sincerely appreciate the removal of the current one (since it was never published or selected) on the site and replaced with the official cover.
