── Black ─── Blue ──── Pale ─── 5'5" ──Elizabeth Warren was born as an only child with two parents. But that didn't last long. Her father, who wasn't always in the picture to begin with, hadn't always been home. Of course Elizabeth was too little to know her father cheated on her mom. Her parents relationship didn't last long and her father left when she was 3. But she always had her mother there for her. Elizabeth grew up with her mother caring for her, being taught to be kind and respectful. Her mother was everything to her, even if she was a little protective over her. When Elizabeth was 17, she had begged her mother to go to a party, and after so much begging, her mother said okay. If only she had listened to her mother in the first place and not went, because when she was there, she had bumped into a vampire. At first the two were making out, and she had thought she was going to sleep with him. But he bit her and ended up drinking to much. The vampire had changed her because he didn't want her to die on his hands. She found herself a new person that night, a fledgling. Of course the vampire that changed her tried to help, giving her blood to help her thirst. After that was handled, she went home, not wanting to see the monster that ruined her life. She went to her mother, who was the only one that she wanted see. But she hid the truth to what happened. Elizabeth tried to live normally like she had, trying to eat normal food, but she couldn't. She only craved blood. But she didn't allow herself that. Except after going for so long without it, she couldn't control herself anymore. Her thirst took over her, causing her to bite her mom. She couldn't control herself and ended up killing her. She was left devastated, hating herself and what she did.
Elizabeth grew up as a nice girl. She cared about people and liked to see them happy. She's never rude and doesn't like to be. You'll always see her with a smile, even if she's not happy. She does get easily hurt so there are times where she's upset or angry. Not everyone could be happy, especially when her father left her at a young age. She does her best to remind herself of the person she is and that at least she's kind hearted. The only way to forget about her sadness is to see people happy, especially if she was the reason. But after becoming a fledgling, she has trouble controlling herself. After accidentally killing her mother, she gets scared and nervous.────── lɪᴋᴇs ×××

─── Black ─── Blue ─── Pale ─── 6'2 ──Ian Blackwell was born on 1640 in London. His family were famous for their top hats at time. He was expected to follow his father with the family business, being the eldest son and all. But he never really wanted to. After getting in a fight with his father over it, he left for a walk at night. That's when everything went downhill. He was attacked by a vampire and changed in order to be used in an army. Frozen at age 19, he was unable to go back to his family or his normal life afterward. Luckily, he was able escape the vampire that changed him and move to a different city. He started a new life, living alone and feeding off of humans. He got used to what he is after a while. Five years later, in 1665, he met a women in a pub, who would always serve him his drinks. He couldn't help himself but fall in love with her slowly, and she with him. The best part was, he told her the truth and she excepted him for what he was. Of course he had offered to change her so they could live together forever, but she rejected the idea, and he respected that. That was until the plague started that year and took his true love from him. Ever since then, he never allowed himself to love again. He left Europe and went to America for a new start again. Now he's part of a clan where he could be with others like him.
Ian is the type of guy that keeps to himself. After living for so long, you learn not to trust anyone. But there isn't much that he has to hide, besides his past. Except he doesn't even allow himself to remember that. So he's known to be distant and not too friendly. Living as a vampire now years later, all that matters is blood, sex, and fun. He loves to take risk and cause trouble, but he's loyal to his clan leader of course, shockingly. He doesn't allow himself to love anymore, and because of that he's tended to be called cold hearted. He'll usually be hiding in the dark if you need him, unless he needs something himself.────── lɪᴋᴇs ×××

Full Name: Abigail M. Langlois
Nicknames/Aliases:
Abby
Gender:
Female
Age:
24
Date of Birth:
The eleventh of November, 1993
Place of Birth:
United States
Species:
Vampire
Abilities:
Like all Vampires Abigail posses incredible strength, speed and grace. Though she is still getting used to all of her abilities. She can heal herself rather quickly from most injuries, though more serious ones may need outside help. Abigail also possesses enhanced vampiric senses such as eyesight, hearing and smell. Although she no longer needs her glasses she does keep them on her when she tries to blend in. She does know of the transformation abilities of a vampire but has yet to successfully attempt one. She also stole a sword and whip from her clan's weapons store before she escaped and the place burned down, however she was not trained with them and can't do much more than hold them and poorly use them.
Institute: None
Appearance:
Although she was turned, Abigail's appearance does not immediately give away she is a vampire. Not to an untrained eye, at the least. Abigail stands at five feet with an added five inches at the top, just barely over average height. The pale skin of a vampire was slightly cancelled out by how tan the girl's skin was. She is more pale now, but not the sickly kind as a normal vampire. Her skin is soft and smooth, and is scattered with miles decorated across her body. She doesn't have any freckle on her face, only a few on her shoulders. Her face is somewhat an oval shape. She has a strong nose and the perfect sized lips for her face. Of course, underneath those lips she has white teeth with sharper canines, which can extend into long fangs. Her eyebrows are the same color as her hair and there is a scar across the left one. Her eyes are the first clue to her being a vampire. Before she had dark chocolatey eyes that were full of life. Now they are still brow, but have mix of red in them that can be seen closer to the pupil. Her hair is a sea of dirty blonde and it stretched just below her shoulders. There are blonde highlights from the sunlight, though they are a bit faded now as she can no longer step into the light. She has a lean build, and strong shoulders. Her arms show a bit of muscle on them, but she is much stronger than she appears. Because of her death she is more skinny than she was when she was alive. Though she is not of a sickly weight this still is another clue to those who may suspect her. She has longer legs that also show muscle, and has relatively small feet.
Personality:
Abigail is a kind-hearted girl. She is usually optimistic and tries to stay on the positive side of things. With her situation though it can be difficult at times. Abigail is also a realist, and can be very serious. She is very intelligent, and has incredible wit, and likes to observe things. She is very perceptive about many things, and can often tell how a person is feeling, even if they try to hide it. She is a fast-learner, and catches on to things quickly. Abigail does not get angry very often, however if she is agitated she will often try to retaliate if needed. However because she isn't very good at lashing out with words of anger, she might lash out physically, if pushed to such a point. Though this is very rare, especially since she does not become angered often. Overall the girl is kind and warm, with some flare to her; and is quite intellectual.
History:
Abigail's life was not necessarily a happy one. At first it was. Abigail was the second daughter of Helen and Stephen Langlois. She had an older sister named Stephanie who was four years older than her. She and Abigail were inseparable in their childhood years. Abigail's birth was unique in the fact that she was born three months early. Her parents heavily worried about her development, and did their best to aid her in her attempt to survive. Luckily she pulled through and eventually things began to go normally. She needed some therapies in her early years, but soon she was like an everyday toddler. As she continued to grow she became more curious and wanted to learn as much as she could. In her early life through to her later teen years, life was pretty normal for her. She went to a nice high school, got good grades, made some friends, etc. It was in her college years where things took a turn for the worse. Throughout her Freshmen year she was secretly stalked by a vampire lover who would eventually go to kidnap the poor girl and force her into their Clan. Her turning was a traumatic one, and she never has felt the same. She was forced to drink the blood of her sire before her 'Clan mates' killed her by stabbing her to death. Although quick it wasn't a painless death. As the procedure goes they buried her body, and she did what she had to in order to survive. Abigail successfully dug out of her own grave and was sent into the horrible bloodlust as a new blood. Her first drink and kill was a young boy. During her drink she realized what she was doing and tried to stop herself. Though the urge was too strong. Not knowing what else to do she tried to rip her teeth out of his throat, but that only made things worse. She cried over his body for an hour before the Clan took her away. The boy's death drew too much unwanted attention to the Clan so they moved away across the border. They lived there comfortably for a while before their enclave was attacked. Another traumatic night for the girl. Things were going normal before a lone shadow hunter infiltrated their enclave. Before he started his slaughtering he set the place ablaze for more terror and death. The only reason why Abigail escaped was because she didn't fight back and simply ran. Though she was almost caught when her sire was killed. She felt all his pain and it took her a small time to recover from it. She then ran and never looked back. She's been hiding out ever since, trying to live a normal to the limit she can. Now she mainly feeds on animals and goes hunting in the night.

❝ WU · TAE-MIN ❞ : : 297 / 22 & july v & boston, ma ⇴ masc & pan ⇴ vampire of nyc
( appearance ; Just because Tae-min is undead doesn't mean he has to look it (except for the part about being super pale). He dresses himself in the finest suits, keeps his dark hair looking perfectly mussed, and has been known to charm a variety of people with a flash of his white teeth and a wink of his dark eyes. The only 'flaw' is that he stands at 5'8" (~176 cm).
( personality ; Tae-min has been around for a little more than 297 years and he's already over everybody's shit. He tried being the nice guy for like a century, he tried making friends and collecting lover's ─ but it just got old. People all seem the same and even though the world keeps advancing, the population doesn't seem to be getting anymore exciting. Really, Tae-min is just bored. He wants something to do, interesting people to meet. Instead, he's met with the same old same old. It doesn't help matters that people always seem so eager to start shit ─ and Tae-min just doesn't care to have time for drama.
While Tae-min presents himself as the apathetic asshole, he misses the way he used to feel about life. There was a time when he wanted to be apart of the action, a time where he thrived being in the middle of it all. But then something happened ─ someone happened and he just hasn't really been the same since. He misses it though, the excitement and the eagerness he used to feel. Apart of him is still holding out for it, a sliver of hope shining brightly against his mostly monochrome views. He wonders if that tiny piece is enough to sustain him for another century.( adores ; armani suits & ferrari's
( fortes ; observant & clever
( abhors ; blood stains & smalltalk( faults ; cold & detached
( fears ; write out what the character fears most here
( abilities ; Tae-min possess heightened strength, speed, grace, and healing properties. He is also able to see in the dark, holds the unique power of encanto, and can shapeshift into a bat.( history ; Most Koreans didn't make it to the Americas until sometime in the 1800's ─ which is why Tae-min's parents were something of a fluke. Like people of color, the Wu's were disrespected and belittled, used as little more than slaves for the wealthy European family that brought them to Boston in the late 1600's. They were young, barely married when they arrived on the banks of Massachusetts ─ and it wasn't for another 25 years that Tae-min was born. He regrets that he barely remembers them, but he know that they loved him ─ and sometimes that all one needs to know.
Tae-min's life after that was pretty much how you'd expect. He was treated similarly to his parents, forced to work under a rather demeaning blacksmith and offered little in the ways of freedom. But he did get to witness the Revolutionary War, did get to see the birth of a nation. Tae-min did eventually earn his freedom from the blacksmith; when the old man died, it was Tae-min who inherited the shop since he had been the only 'apprentice'. He would've lived a simple life ─ and then a girl with a pretty smile stole his heart away.
There's one name he'll never be able to forget, one face he'll never be able to stop seeing no matter how hard he tries to forget. Rosalind. She'd been a wealthy man's daughter, perhaps the most beautiful woman in all of Boston. And Tae-min had hopelessly fallen for her luscious smile and the dark chocolate waves that matched her eyes. It didn't matter that they would never be allowed to be together ─ she would see him on the streets and she would say a few kind words. It was all Tae-min needed to love her. And then she died. He mourned for her, the girl he'd only known in passing but had felt so deeply for. Eventually, the pain he felt for her turned to an ache. Until she came back to him.
Shock, repulsion, hope. Tae-min had no idea how to feel when he saw her late one night upon a deserted side street, blood dripping down her chin and onto the white gown she'd been buried in. She came for him, deadly as sin and all the more beautiful. When she bit his neck, he didn't fight ─ just let out a gasp of surprise just when the stars went out.
When he woke up again, he was forever changed. Rosalind had made him into whatever it was she was ─ a creature of darkness. He lost the shop, lost whatever little items he possessed. But he had the love of his life and he had immortality. Rosalind taught him everything he needed to know and Tae-min had thought that she loved him. It wasn't until she left him for someone new a couple decades later that Tae-min realized she only loved herself. It would've been fine if she just left him alone, but she didn't. She made him fight, she manipulated him, she treated him like filth. The hope he felt at the beginning of his new life turned to ash ─ and so he did what he had to do, added more blood to his hands.
He left for New York three days later and that's where he's been ever since.( family ; they're dead and therefore, irrelevant
( alliances ; Manhattan clan, himselfwhat'd you expect
( residence ; Currently living in New York City
