Healers Apprentice and Merchants Daughter are my favorites. I've read them each twice within a week after I got them. Call me crazy, but when I'm bored and have nothing else to read, I re-read my favorite parts in those two books. (:

I think this one is my favorite Melanie Dickerson so far. What is your favorite book so far?

I really loved the moment when I started to suspect who Rose really was... then when it was confirmed... I'm so glad I discovered this book. Very creative twist. This was the the first Melanie Dickerson book I've read and I just finished The Merchant's Daughter. I plan on reading through the others.

Am I weird or has anyone tried listening to some good instrumental Celtic music while reading? :)

Celtic music? Have any playlists I should try? I usually listen to French soundtracks or Pride and Prejudice soundtrack, both while reading and writing.

I just finished this book yesterday. It is the first book I've read by Mrs. Dickerson. Do you all have a favorite part of the book?

I don't think I have a favorite part because I adored the whole book! That and Merchant's Daughter are my favorite.

Yeah, the whole book was great. I think that my favorite part is when Rose and Wilhelm are going through the tunnel. That was a really sweet part. Oh, but now I'm remembering all the other great parts! Now I can't narrow it down.

My feelings exactly! Now that I think about it, I think he's my favorite of the male characters out of all the books.

I agree! He's very respectful and kind. He's just the kind of man that would make you feel like a woman and a person of worth. I've only read two books (The Healer's Apprentice and The Merchant's Daughter) but Wilhelm is still my favorite male character. :)

The Healers Apprentice is the best I think its probably the best so far out of all the Melanie Dickerson books I've read. Mostly because of Wilhems charming manly attitude!!!!<3<3

I know! He's so amazing! <3 This was the first book I read by her, and the first book she wrote, and I think it's the best debut book and first book in a series that I've ever read. :D

I never imagined my life could get as busy as it is. But I love having a kindle because I can bring it everywhere - dinner, the car, watching soccer games, before school, etc... I just need to remember to bring it :/

I know right! I can’t get enough of The Healer’s Apprentice! I love it sooooooooo much!! It is my favorite book in the series so far!

Rose is my favourite person. She reminds me of Ruth in the bible. It's iconic as a novel in Melanie's Hagenheim series. But I also love the Golden Braid too :)
