Eldest discussion

I came across one of THE most inspirational quotes while I was reading the Inheritance Cycle by Christopher Paolini. I believe it was before a battle (perhaps The Battle Of The Burning Plains, but I'm not sure)
The quote went along the lines of : "The plans/preparations have been made, and now is the time to believe in them"

The quote really spoke to me. It's about how sometimes you do your best and the only thing left to do is trust this effort is enough to yield the results you wish.

I'd really appreciate it if someone could tel me the exact quote and page number.

I think it was in Eldest but I'm not entirely sure. It may have been in Brisingr or Inheritance
