Thanks for volunteering, Erin. We would do the group reads as we've been doing them. Members nominate and vote. If a group read is selected that is written by an author, then the author is welcome to interact with members for questions.
If you want to coordinate a group read as a reader, then you are more than welcome.
As always, you are welcome to use the promo and coming attractions section to market your books.

If you posted that you are willing to help coordinate a group read for a month, please let me know your availability.

I need help with it. I'm very busy with school/health issues/working so I don't have as much Goodreads time as I used to. Michelle is busy with her job and school as well. I would love a few volunteers to step forward to rotate setting up the group reads. You don't have to be moderator to do it. If you're interested, please indicate on this thread. Then we'll talk about how we're going to do this.
Thanks for your participating and I'm sorry we haven't been doing it lately.

Some General Info on Group Reads:
*Since it's been a while, and we need to get a feel for participating and work load, the group reads will be bimonthly for a while. When we get things going smoothly, we will try to go back to every month.
Here are some other guidelines:
1. One book nomination per member.
2. Book needs to be in print or available in ebook. (preferably readily available to buy new or in ebook)
3. Authors may not nominate their own books, but books written by authors who are members are eligible for nomination by other members (and authors should not campaign for their book to be selected either on the group or private message).
4. Book should be the 1st in the series or able to be read as a standalone.
5. Book should have interracial content. Can be of any category (BWWM, BMWW, AWBM, AWWM, BWAM, etc.)
6. Please add the book using 'add book/author' function above text box, so that an official Goodreads link is available.
7. After the poll is up, no more nominations will be accepted.
