Theresa Ramseyer Hi. I'm Theresa. I like math and related subjects, but I "finished" school a long time ago, and don't have much contact with other folks who like math. I'm joining this group and renewing my interest in a couple of others to change that again. Been lackadaisical lately, I'm afraid :).

These books look fun and interesting. Unfortunately, I am having problems getting the Ellenberg book on interlibrary loan. Am writing a librarian to see why.

Hopefully I can find some of the books at MSSU's library, where I go for Choral Society on Monday nights. They have a decent selection, but are redoing the floors on that level over the summer.

I also like GEB. Unfortunately, I'm supposed to be hosting a discussion on it in another group, and am having trouble with that. It's harder than I remember!

Besides reading and math, I like to write. I have a sweet Yorkie girl named Heidi. I am one of the librarians for the Choral Society, and I teach kindergartners at Sunday School for first hour.

I need to head to bed, it's just after 3 AM. Will plan to check the other books on the shelf later today and see if they are available at my libraries.

Nice to meet everyone!

Oh, and since I seem unable to create a comment, turns out this is a new book for that library, so they have put on a 60 day hold. Only their card holders can have the book during that time; it's not available for ILL. For anyone on a version of Swan or Evergreen, that's what the error message means.

Take care,
Theresa
