Help!!!

I accidentally rated my own book. I feel so dumb. I cleared the rating and even deleted it from my shelf, but the rating still shows up. Can you help? I do not ever want to rate my own book!

Hi Megan, this is a caching issue. It may take up to 48 hours before it has been removed from all pages.

If you click on 'Filter: all' above the Community reviews, you'll see that your rating is not there.

This is not a Librarians Group issue, but one for the Feedback Group, or you may wish to use the Contact Us link on the Help page. Librarians can help with issues pertaining to specific book records or most related issues, but have no control over general site functionality or related issues.
