I'm not familiar with Matt Hughes. I found the start of this story a bit slow. I didn't care much about the henchman. He did grow on me though. It got much better with the demon once the demon showed up. I ended up enjoying it overall, though not quite as much as the previous stories.

This was my least favorite so far also but still enjoyed it. Like the first story this ended at the right time without me wanting any further exploration of the world or characters. I really liked the resolution.

Yeah. Good point. I don't need anymore from the characters.

Yeah this seemed pedestrian with all the typical tropes until the end, I really liked how the story got turned on its head.
