Dalkey Archive Press comes to mind. I don't know if they publish new titles or how many relative to old out of print works, but I have definitely read some of their reissues of OOP novels.
What about Pushkin Press? They have an interesting blend of older works and contemporary books.https://www.pushkinpress.com/
Faber Finds is a reprint imprint.Persephone Books and Virago Modern Classics both focus on rediscovering neglected women writers.
