Amazon and what looks like the publisher site: http://sextopiso.mx/esp/item/376/cart... has the format as paperback. Are you sure it's hardcover?

The number of pages is also shown as 112, are the 6 you extracted material that shouldn't be counted (advertisements, previews, etc.)? What is the number on the last page with countable content?

It is paperback, I am sorry I wrote it wrong.
And it has 106 of content and then black pages that could then make those 112.
