What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

What I can remember is the heroine was told by a doctor that she would never have children. She does however get pregnant but believes she starts to miscarriage. She calls her womb and acid womb and believes that she deserves the pain of the miscarriage. I remember she calls the doctors office and they tell her to come in the next to confirm and schedule a DNC. I can't remember any names or anything else. I'm sorry that's not much. :( thanks in advance!!
