Does this rp take place with the books or in a alternate universe?
Oh okay. I thought this would be a bit fun in the case that we don't all know what's gonna happen.
I was just thinking put it in an alternate universe that is similar to the books. Allow certain things to change. Maybe the capital pushed district 13 back before they resort to desperate measures and stat doing hit and run warfare. But that's your choice.
Also are you gonna have Katniss watch the thing going on at the train platform in D-12?
