What do you think of the book so far?

This is an unusual choice for the club. Most of our books are set in our region of study, while this is a science fiction setting. Since this is written by a very famous Polish author, I included it for a bit of variety.

Do you feel that reading these science fiction stories gave you any insight into Polish culture?

Quirky, unique and fun. I got this from audible and listened to a couple of the stories. Can't say that I was taken by anything distinctively Polish in these stories. Perhaps sci-fi is a culture melder?
