Struggling Writers discussion

Hey folks!

November is just around the corner, and to prepare for the National Novel Writing Competition , we're starting the new month with new goals and resolutions!

Throughout the month, we'll be helping each other along with this competition, but for now, it's introduction time! Chat with your fellow SW members, laugh, cry, and be prepared for the blood, sweat, and tears that will follow this journey!



1. Introduce yourself A name and a greeting is fine! Just something you want us to remember you by.

2. Share your word count goal: Studies show putting your goals in writing and sharing them others magnifies the chance they'll be completed by over 40%. So don't be shy

3. Find your name on our Pledge Board: The 'I Pledge' is where ALL newbies start at. After you introduce yourself, we'll post your name under this board a few days later so you can see your name and goal committment as a reminder that you're really in it. As the weeks go on, the Pledge Board will transform into a Wall Of Fame Board where those who stay strong keep their names on the board.
