I didn't trust her at first. It really helped that she was just taking pictures and Con only caught her trying to take pictures. Con's instincts about her were spot on. But, he took a "trust, but verify" stance which was smart. It took a while for me to trust her.
I trusted her (probably because she was the heroine of this book) and was glad Con gave her a chance. I agree, Anita. "Trust, but verify" was a smart move.

Con went with his instincts. He knows a true criminal when he encounters one and Lizzie was a really bad thief!
