How did you feel about Con allowing Lizzie to believe he was law enforcement?

I had a problem with him letting her believe that. But, it got her cooperation which she wouldn't have given him if she knew he worked for Judd Paxton.

I agree, Anita. Lizzie wouldn't have cooperated with him at all if she knew that his client was Paxton.

Yes, this is the one time that I didn't approve of his actions. He should have been upfront with Lizzie. Thankfully, the secret keeping was kept to a minimum and revealed pretty early on.
