Martha (marthais) Unfortunately the person who originally volunteered to take this month hasn't got back to me BUT as luck would have it there are a lot of themes in our November Non-MH book that are related to mental health - specifically trauma and PTSD, SO for this month we're going to use the same book for both categories!
