I saw this book advertised in the back of Cricket magazine nine or ten years ago, approximately. It was a children's book that began something like, "All the numbers lived together in a big hotel..." It was possibly by a European author. The cover had a picture of numbers with arms and legs, quietly walking around. It was not a very long book.
