One I've been doing in prep for choosing tasks is listing my books that meet the 'bonus' .. #1-7-14-21-28.. which will help get team cranberry popping!

Okay! I have a book for task #1 that I'm currently reading and it has the bonus point thing in it as well (I think). :)

This one: I asked the author if she could see if the word "leaf" is in the book, but I haven't heard back yet.

The author of Dylan's Story told me there is the word "flyleaf" but not just "leaf" in the book...

Dylan's Story has 209 pages - also, I'm already currently reading this, is that okay?

Well, I was doing the same thing as you!! Quickly flipping through the book! Some reason I had a feeling "basket" would be in there somewhere!! And it was! ;)

on page67 it mentions...on a quiet cold morning - plus for bonus on this there is a snowy cover

It's not showing 'leaf' in search. I will use it for another task as it covers several - probably #28 with bonus for next round .

The Elderberry Croft Complete Collection is 479 pgs which includes the portion I originally mentioned.
As well, 'leaf' is included in another Bonus book on my stack for #1, The Red Chrysanthemum 304 pgs
So either way, we have #1 covered with its Bonus.

How not? These are all in the fall colours mentioned - yellow, brown, orange - including her hair! and the leaves along the bottom... If it gets this difficult before we've even begun, not sure it's the fun I expected..

I'm really enjoying it and I'm looking forward to it starting! ;) I thought I never would "get it" yesterday, but I did!! And now that I know mostly how it all works, it's pretty simple!
